As SimpliB2B is a business-to-business wholesale service, all purchases are made for resale purposes and to allow members to generate sales and profit. Because of this, we do not accept returns for stock that has not sold, unwanted items, or changes of mind after purchase.
We ask all members to purchase responsibly based on their own sales strategy and demand.
However, if any item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. In these cases, we will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
We are committed to keeping our members supplied with quality stock and resolving genuine issues quickly and fairly.
