Shipping Policy

At SimpliB2B, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly and efficiently. Orders placed before our 12:00 PM cut-off time are typically processed the same working day. Standard orders are shipped on a 24–48 hour delivery service across the UK.

While delays are rare, they can occasionally occur due to courier issues or high-demand periods. We always do our best to keep deliveries on schedule and will communicate any major delays where possible.

All stock is shipped unbranded, allowing you to send products directly to your customers with no SimpliB2B branding included. Orders will be shipped using the shipping method and delivery address selected at checkout.

For larger wholesale or bundle orders, delivery may take 2–4 working days, although most are still delivered within 48 hours depending on size and volume.
