Terms & Conditions
By purchasing from or using SimpliB2B, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are in place to protect both SimpliB2B and all members using our platform.
1. Business-to-Business Service
SimpliB2B operates as a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale and supply service. All products and memberships are intended for resale and business use only.
2. Membership Access
Access to SimpliB2B stock, supplier benefits, and member services is granted once payment has been successfully completed. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid for in full before dispatch unless an agreed payment arrangement is in place. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where payment has not been received or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
4. Stock Availability
All stock is subject to availability. While we aim to maintain consistent supply, product availability may change at any time without notice due to demand, supplier changes, or stock levels.
5. Shipping
Orders placed before our 12:00 PM cut-off time are typically processed the same working day. Standard delivery is usually 24–48 hours. Larger wholesale orders may take 2–4 working days.
Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by courier delays outside of our control.
6. Returns & Faulty Items
As a B2B resale platform, we do not accept returns for unsold stock, unwanted items, or change of mind purchases.
Faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence. Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, exchange, credit, or refund.
7. Resale Responsibility
Members are fully responsible for how they market, price, sell, and distribute products purchased through SimpliB2B. We do not guarantee individual sales results or profits.
8. Use of Platform
Any misuse of the platform, abusive behaviour, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or attempts to damage the business may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal of access.
9. Limitation of Liability
SimpliB2B will not be liable for indirect losses, missed profits, delays caused by third-party couriers, or business losses resulting from member decisions or resale activity.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of SimpliB2B services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
